This is how the program works, instead of shipping us your PCM you can have the option of using an authorized dealer. These dealers have the necessary software and hardware to upload our custom program to your PCM. We send them the program via Email for them to perform the upload process. This comes in real handy when minor changes needs to be done to your custom tune.
